I’m doing a pop-up!
Taking over the Horn for a night with some dear friends, I’m hosting a set menu dinner with Filipino-Ethiopian flavours. We’re keeping it simple with hearty bistro-style dishes and an easy, welcoming energy. The Horn is such an iconic space for its’ homely energy and it’s the perfect spot for this event - it’s going to feel like you’re at a dinner party with comforting food and service.
Filipino and Ethiopian food cultures do a great job of bringing people together. I’d love to share how these dishes uplift and nourish me when I’m feeling down, and how the dining experience can become a intimate space for connecting with friends.
