Are you ready to celebrate? Thomastown’s much-loved Ricotta Festival is back for 2025! Now in its fifth instalment, this year promises to be our biggest yet.

Get involved in cooking demonstrations from some of Melbourne’s favourite chefs, including Guy Grossi, Adam D’Sylva, Telina Menzies, Pia Gava and our very own dynamic duo, Dario Di Clerico & Giorgio Linguanti, with the festivities hosted by radio show host Cameron Smith.

Be sure to try the star of the show, our famed Ricotta Calda, served warm and cooked fresh throughout the day by our dedicated team. With over 25 stallholders, you can wander the Marketplace and browse a selection of local crafts & produce or enjoy an authentic taste of Italy with fluffy Gnocchi prepared in a 40kg Grana wheel, Pizza Napoletana, Sicilian-style charcoal BBQ, Cannoli, Gelato and much more!

Put your dancing shoes on, grab a spritz or birra and enjoy live music performances from Siesta Cartel, the Melbourne School of Tarantella Dancers and the Veneto Club Choir, hosted by comedian James Liotta. Plus, you can keep the little ones happy in our Kid’s Zone, complete with a petting zoo, play centre, face painting and arguably our favourite, the Carlton FC footy van! Smooth Angels from Smoothfm will also be joining us with fun games, giveaways and a radio live cross.
