Join us for a powerful and practical 2.5-hour interactive session designed specifically for riders who want to better understand and manage anxiety on the road.

Whether you’re a new rider, returning after a break, or someone who experiences nerves in certain riding situations, this workshop will give you the tools, insight, and confidence to keep riding.

What you’ll learn:

• How anxiety actually works – understanding the connection between your thoughts, body, and behaviour

• Why anxiety shows up while riding (even when you love it)

• How to recognise your personal triggers and early warning signs

• Practical, evidence-based strategies to manage anxiety in the moment

• Techniques to calm your nervous system before and during a ride

• How to build confidence through small, achievable steps

This is a supportive, judgment-free environment where you’ll not only learn, but actively practice skills you can take straight onto your bike.

You’ll leave with:

✔ A deeper understanding of your anxiety

✔ Practical tools you can use immediately

✔ Increased confidence and sense of control

✔ Connection with a community of like-minded riders

This workshop is for you if:

• You feel anxious riding in traffic, corners, or group settings

• You’ve had a break from riding and want to return

• You want to feel more calm, confident, and in control on your bike

Let’s work together to help you ride with anxiety – not against it.
