Do you avoid certain roads, certain speeds, or riding altogether because the fear feels bigger than the bike?

You're not the only one — and you don't have to figure it out alone.

Ride With Anxiety is a workshop designed specifically for riders who want to understand and manage the anxiety that shows up before, during, or after a ride. It's led by Kim Walker, a psychologist, and an experienced rider — so you get both the clinical grounding and the lived, on-the-bike understanding of what riding anxiety actually feels like.

What you'll take away:

A clearer understanding of what's actually happening in your body and mind when riding anxiety hits
Practical, evidence-based techniques you can use before and during a ride
A safe, honest space to talk about fear without feeling judged
Connection with other riders who've felt exactly the same way

Who it's for: New riders with pre-ride nerves, experienced riders rebuilding confidence after an incident, anyone returning to riding after time away, and anyone who's never quite said out loud that riding scares them sometimes.
