Ride with Anxiety Workshop

The Black Dog Bunker Riders Lane is proud to host the Black Dog Bunker, an initiative in the making supported by Black Dog Ride. It will ne a physical space at Riders Lane, with a regular program of rides, workshops and social get-togethers, built on a simple idea: connection and belonging are some of the most powerful things we can offer each other's mental health — and a shared love of bikes is a pretty good place to start. You don't have to admit you need help to come to the Bunker. You just have to like bikes. Rides, workshops and coffee mornings all do the same quiet work: they give people a reason to show up, a community that knows their name, and a few more people looking out for them. Over time, that's what turns a workshop into a support network. The Bunker will be open to everyone, whether you ride or not.
