Artificial Intelligence isn’t a future trend—it’s already reshaping the way organizations operate today. Behind the scenes, AI is transforming how work gets done and how businesses are designed, driving greater agility, innovation, and competitive advantage in a fast-changing world.

But how mature is AI technology right now? And what does that mean for the way organizations function, evolve, and compete?

Join RIoT for a compelling fireside chat with Don Shin, Founder and CEO of CrossComm, Inc., to explore how AI is fueling operational and structural change across industries.

Don will provide a deep dive into the current state of AI—where the technology stands today and what’s on the horizon. Drawing on over 20 years of experience leading cutting-edge mobile, web, and immersive app development, he’ll unpack how AI is transforming software development through practical use cases, emerging tools, and advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

This conversation goes beyond new tools—it's about rethinking workflows, processes, and organizational structures to fully harness AI’s potential for meaningful business impact and social good.
