Rip, Stick & Restore

Rip, Stick & Restore is a creative mixed media and collage workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create in a supportive small-group environment.

Over 6 weeks, participants will explore intuitive collage, creative self-inquiry, mixed media work, symbolic image-making, and imaginative visual storytelling through a series of guided art experiences inspired by contemporary expressive arts practices.

This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking creative wellbeing, self-expression, mindfulness, connection, or simply time to make art without pressure. No art experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
