Bring: Your yoga mat, water, and any props that support your practice. Don’t forget your journal, a pen, and something cosy to keep warm in case the breeze picks up.

Description: Join us for a morning of gentle healing through restorative yoga, mindful journaling, and connection within a sacred circle of women. This practice is designed to bring you into a state of calm and balance, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and other sisters. Take this moment to reflect inwardly and restore your energy in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Leave feeling recharged and centred.
