Our day will kick off with a high-energy workout at sunrise, blending the intensity of HIIT with empowering self-defence movement. As the world around us wakes up, you’ll feel your body grow stronger, more capable, and fully present.

Once we’ve worked up a sweat, we’ll slow down and center ourselves. We’ll sit with each other and the ocean for a calming meditation, allowing the rhythm of the waves to guide us inward. This is your chance to quiet your mind, regulate your nervous system, and connect deeply with yourself. Reflect on what you truly desire for the coming year—what does your 2025 look like when nothing holds you back?

Then, the invitation will be there for a refreshing swim in the ocean—whether you go for a dip in your swimsuit or take the plunge in your most natural state is entirely up to you. The water is here to wash away the old and make space for the new.

Afterward, we’ll gather for a nourishing picnic on the beach, where you can connect with the women around you, share stories, and feel the powerful bond of community.

What to bring:

Workout clothes and runners for the HIIT/ self-defence session
