For the months of Spring & Summer, we will be at 9:00 AM until 12 pm for DEC as is our Christmas EDITION!! | Hyundai Marine Sports Centre.

We are opening the door again for everyone to experience the magic of what’s possible when we start the day with joy, movement, music, and connection.

• 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM | Pilates with Soul (Local Pilates Instructor)

  
  Start your morning grounded and energised with a 45-minute Pilates session, designed to wake up your body and align your energy for the day ahead.

• 10:00 AM – 10:20 AM | Breathwork with Donna O’Connor

  
  A 20-minute guided breathwork session to relax your mind, expand your focus, and prepare your body to move freely.

• 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM | Dance & Movement

  
  Let loose and feel the joy as we kick off dancing to the best tracks, vibes set by DJ Morpho.

• 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Open Flow & Community Vibes

• Dancing, connecting, and celebrating with our community, You probably already know her superpowers...she reads the room and will take you somewhere else....
