• 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM | Pilates with Soul (Local Pilates Instructor)

  Start your morning grounded and energised with a 45-minute Pilates session, designed to wake up your body and align your energy for the day ahead.

• 10:00 AM – 10:20 AM | Breathwork with Donna O’Connor

  A 20-minute guided breathwork session to relax your mind, expand your focus, and prepare your body to move freely.

• 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM | Dance & Movement

  Let loose and feel the joy as we kick off dancing to the best tracks, vibes set by DJ Morpho. You probably already know her superpowers...she reads the room and her music will take you somewhere else....

• 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Open Flow & Community Vibes

• Dancing, connecting, and celebrating with our community.
