You’re Invited to the One-Time Free Launch of RISE & VIBE!

Sunday 29 June 2025 | 7:00 AM | Hyundai Marine Sports CentreThis is not your average Sunday morning. It’s our official launch party, and we’re opening the doors for free so everyone can experience the magic of what’s possible when we start the day with joy, movement, music, and connection.

Normally Rise & Vibe will run bright and early on Monday mornings — but this special Sunday event is our gift to you and our way of saying: let’s rise together and co-create something powerful. We’re lighting up your morning with a heart-opening experience designed to shake off the stress, energise your soul, and connect you with a vibrant community — all before breakfast.

Picture this: the sun rising over sparkling water, music pulsing through your body, bare feet moving freely, laughter, joy, and a sense of yes — this is how I want to start my week!
This is Rise & Vibe — and you’re officially invited to dance into a new rhythm with us.After five beautiful trial runs last year and witnessing the incredible transformations, glowing feedback, and contagious smiles — we knew we had to make it official. This isn’t just a dance. It’s a movement.

-Morning dance boosts productivity, mental clarity, and mood

- Enhances neuroplasticity and rewires your brain for joy.

-Releases endorphins, regulates hormones, and helps you feel so alive.
-Strengthens connection, community, and your sense of belonging.

- And it’s way more fun than a gym workout.

“The sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness, that we too can shine our own light.” — S. AjnaOh
