Our class incorporates breathwork, dance, motivational movement, and meditation to elevate your state and express your joy.
In a judgment-free space, you will be guided on an inward journey with silent disco headphones.
You will walk away feeling more confident, connected and clear on your next steps ahead.
Through music, movement and stillness, Rise Disco empowers people to confidently express themselves and elevate their state so that they can create the life of their dreams.

THE JOURNEY - WHAT TO EXPECT
Class will begin at 9AM SHARP, feel free to come earlier to meditate and connect with the Rise Tribe
MIND: Breath Work
- 5 minutes of guided breathwork
BODY: Guided Silent Disco with uplifting music
- 40 minutes of CarDISCO. Your heart rate will be RISING as Courtney guided you through a motivational movement practice
SPIRIT: Meditation + Closing Circle
- 10 minute meditation & gratitude practice
