Rise Disco brings you a high-energy, guided silent disco experience at Coogee Beach – a unique blend of dance, breathwork, and meditation designed to help you release stress, celebrate life, and reconnect with your true nature: joy.

This isn’t just about dancing. It’s about coming together, having fun, and remembering that life doesn’t always need to be so serious. Our sessions create space for play, connection, and presence – under a glowing Sydney sunset.

• Donation-based tickets (pay what you feel) so everyone can join
