Join us in the gardens of Arakwal National Park at 25 Paterson St for a Rise Ecstatic Disco Experience that combines cacao, movement and meditation to feel energised, uplifted & grounded.

As the sun sets, you will be taken on a moving meditation journey with Coco & Nico to connect deeply with yourself, others and nature.

If you are looking for a space to express yourself, feel your emotions and experience high states of joy and bliss - you won't want to miss this!

We invite you to join us on the dance floor!
