Join us at Hugh Bamford Reserve for a Rise Ecstatic Disco Experience that combines cacao, movement and meditation to feel energised, uplifted & grounded.

As the sun sets, you will be taken on a moving meditation journey with Coco & Nico to connect deeply with yourself, others and nature.

If you are looking for a space to express yourself, feel your emotions and experience high states of joy and bliss - you won't want to miss this!

5.00pm Opening Circle + Cacao Ceremony 

5.15pm Guided Warm Up + Connection Exercises with Coco

5.30pm Silent Disco Dance with uplifting vibes from Coco & DJ Nico

6.45pm - Meditation + Closing Circle with Meditation Teacher Nico Dimattina
