Becoming intimate with the natural cycle of emotion we all experience, and the ability to move mindfully up the emotional scale to feel better and better...learning the process of accepting the moments when we dip out and feel not so good.

No need to panic, it's all part of the natural cycle...and from there, allowing yourself to connect to homeostasis again. Naturally finding our way up the emotional scale, little by little, mindfully, lovingly, accepting every step as it is.

11th of July, 7-9pm Murgheboulic Town Hall, or take the option to do our Rising morning as well or even camp out and lean into this delicious space with other likeminded people over night. There are 3 options for camping if you'd like to explore that-

1. BYO - Bring your own gear, set up and enjoy the space. Included in the price, there will be 2 Somatic Movement Experiences, a Fire Ceremony Performance, fires to warm yourself by with a cuppa homemade chai. $95 all inclusive

2. Lush Bell Tent for one - everything included with all the love and the glitz and glamour of your own space too all set up just for you! $145 all inclusive

3. Cosy Caravan - all inclusive, with 2 classes, the Firey Performance, yummy chai, PLUS your own Cosy lil Caravan to lean into and get a good nights rest before getting up with the rising sun to move together. (

   (There is a double bed and a single bed, feel free to invite friends to join in your sleeping arrangements, though they must pay for their class tickets $80 each person) $165

If you'd like to camp over and enjoy an extra rising with the morning sun class from 7.15-8.15am, and we'll all be out at 10am.
