RISE + FLOW: Yoga at Dawn

Ease into your day with RISE + FLOW, a 50-minute vinyasa asana yoga session at dawn, held at the beautiful Eastern Beach Reserve. This all-levels class is open to anyone and everyone—whether you're an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time. It’s a gentle, intentional way to move your body, connect with your breath, and welcome the day with presence.

We’ll end with a peaceful savasana, guided by the calming ocean breeze and the soft sounds of birds all around—a moment to truly let go and tune in.

With Easter just around the corner, this is a perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and ground yourself before the busyness of the season sets in.
