Rise of the Imperatrix WOMEN’S ONLY WORKSHOP is a 6 week journey for women who are ready to stop leaving themselves behind.
Women who are tired of second-guessing themselves.
Women who are tired of carrying everyone else.

Over six weeks we will explore:

This is a space for women who are ready to be honest.
Honest about where they've abandoned themselves, about what they truly know within. Honest about what they're no longer available for. And ready to CALL BACK ALL THEIR POWER PIECES TO STAND IN THEIR TRUTH AND AUTHORITY.
Through deep conversation, journaling, meditation, movement, embodiment and authentic sisterhood, you'll begin reconnecting with the woman underneath the conditioning.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR I bring over 15 years of experience supporting women through healing, transformation, trauma recovery, self-discovery and personal empowerment. My healing facilitation and teaching is grounded in both qualified professional training and years of lived experience. I am the founder and creator of The Theta Code™ - a modality born from years of walking through the fire of my own healing, sitting in the depth of human pain and transformation and devoting myself to understanding how the subconscious, the energetic body, identity, trauma, soul truth and inner coherence all intersect. It came through the integration of my lived experience and healing journey, my professional practice and the wisdom I have gathered across years of study, remembrance and embodied work. The Theta Code™ is the result of that path becoming clear, coherent and ready to be brought into form. In addition, I am a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Advanced Human Design Practitioner, Psycho-Spiritual Assisted Therapy Practitioner, Advanced Sound Healing Facilitator, Munay Ki Rites Facilitator, Published Author "Destined to be ... ME", former Domestic Violence Charity Founder and Empowerment after DV Course Facilitator and recipient of the Medallion of Service to the City of Ipswich. But more than my qualifications, I bring the wisdom that comes from walking this path myself. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in relationships, silence your truth, doubt your intuition, carry the weight of everyone else and abandon your own needs in the pursuit of love, acceptance and belonging. Rise of the Imperatrix combines evidence-based healing approaches, spiritual wisdom and was birthed to create a space for profound self-discovery and transformation. It is a space where women are invited to reconnect with themselves, strengthen self-trust, reclaim their voice and remember who they were before the world taught them to abandon themselves. My role is not to fix you. My role is to hold a safe, compassionate, and deeply honest space where you can return home to yourself. I am excited to get started and to be witness to your RECLAIMATION, RISE AND REBIRTH!
