RISE: PRESENTED BY RE NU

An honest evening on women’s health and sustainable success, in conversation with Katie Martin, Dr Janie Sim & Ivana Roncevic.

Date and location
26 November · 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Forum, Double Bay

RISE · The first re nu conversation.

What does it look like to keep rising without leaving yourself behind?

Rising doesn’t mean pushing harder. RISE is an honest evening for women who want to keep growing without losing their health, energy or sense of self.

You’ll hear from two voices who see what sustained pressure does to a woman, and you’ll take one sustainable change home.

Your hosts and speakers:

Katie Martin Success Without Self-Sacrifice
Why capable women are slow to notice exhaustion, how success becomes tied to self-worth, and why recovery belongs inside success rather than after it.

Dr Janie Sim, Nuvo Health, What Stress Is Communicating Through the Body
What may be happening biologically when you’re “managing, but don’t feel like yourself”: stress, hormones, sleep and energy across life stages.

Ivana Roncevic, Double Bay Pilates Ambition vs Purpose

Ambition can get you there; purpose keeps you going. Ivana shares why she does what she does, and how she brings presence to the way she lives and leads.

Georgia Malins, Founder of re nu, host and moderator.
