We invite you to a 3-day, 2-night women’s retreat at the beautiful Pūtarastar Log House in Miden, Bay of Plenty.

Rise Sister Rise is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and step into your feminine essence. A space to release what you’ve outgrown, awaken your inner wisdom and rise into your power — not through force, but through quiet devotion, self-trust and connection.

Surrounded in nature, over three days, we’ll gather in sisterhood to explore, express, heal and grow. Through creativity, ceremony and energetic practices.

Your retreat experience includes:

Rise Sister Rise Workshop
Intuitive Art
Reiki
Sound Baths
Breathwork
Womb Healing & Cord Cutting
Cacao Ceremony
Earthcode & Lightcode Transmission
Silent Disco
Ceremonial Tattoo
Meditation

Enjoy contrast therapy, sauna, spa and pool time, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

All meals, snacks and herbal teas are included, alongside intentional gift bags lovingly curated to complement your retreat experience.

This is your invitation to put down the weight of the world for a moment. To be witnessed, supported and celebrated by a circle of women who are choosing to rise alongside you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more connected to yourself, grounded in your truth and empowered to embody the woman you came here to be.

Rise, Sister, Rise.
