Join me in this session where you will experience the heart opening ceremonial cacao complimented with concious breathing techniques, inviting you to open your heart and connect to your body,allow yourself to let go.

Tapping into our nervous system where we can release what it is holding you back, feel more relaxed and lighter. You will be gently guided through an exploration of breathing tecniques.

The breath is your gateway to profound healing and health.

Together we will finish with a share circle and some take home tips.

I acknowlege that if i am currently taking any medications or have existing medical conditions, including but not limited to: Schizoprenia, unmedicated bipolar, heart conditions or arhythmia ,copd,lung conditions,first tri pregnancy, high blood pressure, very low blood pressure,fainting, severe asthma, recent surgery, eye conditions it is imperative that I dislose this information to the session facilitator, where alternative practice options may present.
