RISE UP was created as a new way forward for the everyday man. A space where men can come together in a healthy and supportive way, creating bonds & building community as we heal, grow and level up.

What Makes RISE UP Different?

We offer a modern approach and alternative to therapy and similar methods that may not resonate with you. RISE UP welcomes those who may not feel comfortable in conventional therapy methods or are simply seeking a different way to work through their challenges. This workshop meets you where you are.

This workshop is designed to empower you to:

Heal on an emotional level: Address the wounds that have been holding you back, releasing built-up pain in a safe and supportive space.
Release unresolved trauma: Free yourself from the weight of past experiences and stored tension, allowing you to move forward with clarity and feeling lighter.
Gain a deeper understanding of yourself: Uncover the patterns and habits that shape your life, gaining a deeper awareness of who you are and why you respond the way you do.
Highlight what’s holding you back: Identify the mental and emotional roadblocks that have been keeping you stuck, and begin to remove them step by step.
Break down barriers: Shed the layers of fear, doubt, or self-sabotage that no longer serve you.
Find your tribe: Connect with like-minded men on a similar path, building a strong support network that extends beyond the workshop.

Connecting and coming together as men is in our DNA. It’s been lost for too long, and we are here to bring it back! Come together in a safe, judgement free and supportive space to open up, inspire and learn from one another. Support each other through challenges and level up. Experience true brotherhood where men support other men.

What to expect:

👋 Casual meet & greet
📋 Introduction: Including our story and why we were inspired to create this workshop with our own lived experience share plus a brief run through of the day.
🗣️ Sharing Opportunity: Share in a supportive environment, to be truly heard, speaking into the challenges you are facing & anything that is on your heart and mind.
🧠 Education and information: Covering trauma, including how and why it affects your life. The nervous system and the role it plays in your well-being. How your stress response cycle & fight/flight works, the power of the mind and more.
🌬️ Breathwork journey: Dive deep into the subconscious through the power of our unique style of breathwork where integration and safety within the nervous system are prioritised. In combination with facilitated bodywork and breath re-patterning this approach allows you to access, unlock, process, and let go of stored and suppressed emotion, energy, stress, tension and unresolved trauma on a somatic level.
📚 Take home tools: Resources, and exercises to assist you on the day and moving forward into your new life with emotional regulation and mental clarity.
🤝 Hang out: Finishing off by allowing space to further connect informally with like-minded men as we chat, hang out, and debrief on your experience during the workshop. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions.

Who are we?

We are 3 certified trauma informed breathwork practitioners driven to share our wisdom and knowledge derived through lived experience. We’ve been there, we get it!

We are also 3 everyday men, just like you. We have each faced our own struggles, walked our own paths, our own healing journey and continue to evolve and grow as men. We know the challenges life throws at you, so you will be supported and guided in a safe and judgement-free space
