This workshop is designed to help you heal emotionally, release unresolved trauma, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns. To shine a light on what may be holding you back in life, shedding anything that no longer serves you. To connect with yourself and like-minded men. Find your tribe, and build a support network & community.

Connecting and coming together as men is built into our DNA. It’s been lost for too long, and we are here to bring it back! Come together in a safe, judgement free and supportive space as you inspire and learn from one another. Support each other through challenges and level up. Experience true brotherhood, where men support other men.

What to expect:

👋 Casual meet & greet.

📋 Introduction, including our story and why we were inspired to create this workshop with our own lived experience share plus a brief run through of the day.

🗣️ Opportunity to share amongst brothers in a supportive environment, to be truly heard, speaking into the challenges you are facing & anything that is on your heart and mind.

🧠 Education and information covering trauma, including how and why it affects your life. The nervous system and the role it plays in your well-being. How your stress response cycle & fight/flight works, the power of the mind and more.

🌬️ Breathwork journey. Dive deep into the subconscious through the power of our unique style of breathwork where integration and safety within the nervous system are prioritised. Allowing you to access, unlock, process, and let go of stored and suppressed emotion, energy, and trauma on a somatic level.

📚 Take home tools, resources, and exercises to assist you on the day and moving forward into your new life with emotional regulation and mental clarity.

🤝 Finishing off by allowing space to further connect informally with like-minded men as we chat, hang out, and debrief on your experience during the workshop. You will also have the opportunity to ask us any questions.

Who are we?

We are 3 certified trauma informed breathwork practitioners driven to share our wisdom and knowledge derived through lived experience. We’ve been there, we get it!

We are also 3 everyday men, brothers, just like you, who have walked our own paths, our own healing journey and continue to evolve and grow as men. We know the challenges life throws at you, so you will be supported and guided in a safe and judgement-free space.

We look forward to sharing this day with you and working together towards improving men's emotional and mental health.
