Welcome to Rising Moon Immersion for April!

For April's Full Moon, we are going inward to immerse ourselves in the depths of Breathwork combined with Cacao, Blue Lotus, and a powerful combo of two sound alchemists/ healers to weave the energy of the night. 

This evening is all about deepening our connection with ourselves and expanding our field of self-awareness. 

Through this unique combination of Organic Ceremonial Cacao, Blue Lotus Oil, Sound Alchemy, and a Deep Immersive Breathwork Practice we will dive into the inner workings of what makes us human.

This month for our full moon event we are limiting our group to 25 people and having this indoors so everyone receives a complete sound immersion to clear stagnant energy and allow for deeper insights. (Head's up: If the weather is looking amazing we may run the event on the beach) 

This is a night to come together, connect and deepen our intentions for the month. 

We invite you into this special container to experience the magnificence of the full moon's energy in conjunction with our specially curated flow.

What's the plan for the evening?

We clear the space and begin with the use of blue lotus oil to drop into the body. From here acknowledge the current cycle we are in.  We will set our intentions for the coming month with a heartwarming Ceremonial Cacao (https://sacredearthmedicine.co...) and answer some questions related to our lives and the month's theme. With the cacao opening us up and some introspective questions answered we will go through a connection exercise to practice active listening alongside sharing our answers. 

With a warming brew in your belly and our intentions set, we will guide you through a breathwork journey to clear, reset and open your body in a safe space to receive deeper wisdom and clarity about your life. 

Utilizing the power of Sound Healing throughout the evening will aid in clearing stagnant energy so we can flow into a guided meditation to acknowledge and strengthen our bond with ourselves and solidify our intentions.

Who will be facilitating?

Jonty James, co-founder of Humn will be running us through the evening. His passion for facilitation has grown over the years from witnessing profound changes that come from breathwork, mediation, and sound healing and how the combination of these is so potent to support humans through their life journey, from expansion to introspection and all the rest.

Terry Barber has been facilitating sound journeys and immersions for over 20 years. By connecting with and utilizing a multitude of instruments; The Yidaki (Didgeridoo), African Drums, Sound Pans, Sound Bowls, and other instruments Terry harnesses his intuition to guide him in what is best for the space he is holding. 

Jennifer Bilton is a body and energy worker who utilizes sound healing in her work. She is truly gifted with her intuitive abilities and uses this deeper connection to transmute stagnant energy for her clients to flow. We are extremely excited to have Jen coming on board with the Humn team. She has also completed the facilitator level 1 training with us too and is developing her skills in all realms.

Together we will hold a safe container for you to let go and surrender to what is and allow your deeper truth to be ignited within you. 

Details

Our alternative which we have booked is for 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm at FlowSt8 Palm Beach. 

We will be finished and out the door by 9 pm.

This is going to be a very special evening.
