Rising Sister Circle Narrabeen June- Sound Ceremony & Guided Meditation

Welcome to our Winter Rising Sister Circle

Participating in this circle will be all about deep breathing, grounding meditation and deep sound meditations. A relaxing night to go inward and allow the senses to take over.

Facilitated by Gio and Eryn who are both passionate about women and helping them connect women in community and bringing the mind to be connected back into the body and senses.
