Risk Assessment Management Strategy (RAMS) Training

Adventure Specialties will be doing a morning of training for us on Risk Management.

We will look at the Law, organisation policies and procedures, and what on the ground youth workers should be doing.

Our own safety consciousness through the use of scenarios, and our own experiences.

This will be great training for Youth Workers through to Managers.

Adventure Specialties are leaders in the Outdoor Education and Adventure Therapy field, so it will be well worth learning form their expertise.
