🍽️ Event Menu – A Celebration of Italian Rice

Each course of this unique dinner showcases a different variety of premium Italian rice — Vialone Nano, Carnaroli, and Arborio — through beloved regional recipes that tell the story of Italy’s culinary heritage.

ENTRÉE

Traditional Roman recipes featuring Vialone Nano rice

🍅 Pomodori Ripieni di Riso ed Erbe al Forno
Oven-baked tomatoes generously filled with seasoned rice, garlic, fresh herbs, and olive oil. A rustic Roman summer dish, full of flavour and served warm or at room temperature.

🧀 Supplì al Telefono
Crispy Roman-style rice croquettes with a heart of gooey mozzarella and savoury tomato ragù. Named for the string of melted cheese that stretches like a telephone cord when broken open.

MAIN COURSE

Featuring Carnaroli rice — the King of Risotto

🦞 Risotto alle Cicale di Mare
An elegant fusion of Italian tradition and Australian seafood. Carnaroli rice is gently simmered in a rich lobster bisque, finished with Napoli-style tomato sauce and a touch of fresh cream. A refined and luxurious main course.

DESSERT

Featuring Arborio rice

🍨 Riso al Latte con Limone e Vaniglia
A comforting dessert from Northern Italy. Arborio rice is slowly cooked in milk with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until creamy and aromatic. Served chilled, and garnished with candied lemon or cinnamon for a sweet, nostalgic finish.

PLEASE NOTE - BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Seating for this event is very, very limited and will be allocated on a first-in-first -served basis. If you are purchasing your ticket singularly and are part of a group, please send an email to info@anfe.com.au with the name of your Table Booking Name so we can ensure you will be seated with them. Tables are "long-lunch" style and can seat up to 18 people so if your group is smaller, you will have other people on your table.

To enter on the day, please bring a copy of your Humanitix Ticket Purchase on your phone.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person by advising ANFE of the name change.

Entry will be via the Main Entrance ONLY located by entering from the ANFE driveway in Victor Street.

Limited car-parking available on-site. Street parking available in surrounding streets. It is highly recommended you catch a taxi, Uber or get someone to drop you off at the front door.

N.B. To receive the Special ANFE Membership price, you must be a Financial Member of ANFE. Membership status will be checked when booking is received. If you are not financial you will be required to renew or pay your membership subscription prior to the event.
