Spring does not arrive all at once.

First, the body begins to stir. Then, the senses open. And finally, we bloom.

Through Ritual Nights, Couples Experiences and immersive temple gatherings, we journey from winter’s inwardness into warmth, sensation, pleasure and aliveness.

AWAKEN - A Women-Only Ritual Night

After a season of turning inward, the body begins to remember its way back to aliveness.

AWAKEN is an intim^te women-only Ritual Night inviting you to gently reconnect with your body through breath, movement, sensory exploration and conscious connection.

A return to warmth. A return to sensation. A return to yourself.

Together, we will explore:

The evening will be held by Pauline inside her beautiful private temple overlooking the ocean in Maroubra, alongside a special guest facilitator who will be revealed soon.

What is Ritual Night?

Ritual Night is a guided evening of embodiment, presence + conscious connection.

Through breath, movement, simple t^ntric practices and relational exercises, we explore how to return to the body, regulate the nervous system, and meet others with clarity and respect.

Some practices are experienced individually and others collectively as a circle of women - always guided and always optional.

You are invited to explore at your own pace. If you feel ready and willing, there will also be opportunities to move more deeply into the experience.

The atmosphere is gentle, grounded and devotional.
Less like a workshop and more like entering a temple of practice.

No previous experience is needed.
Only curiosity and a willingness to arrive as you are.

What to expect

T^ntric foundations (presence, consent, polarity, nervous system safety)
Breath + somatic practices to land fully in the body

Sensory practices to awaken the body
Conscious connection within a circle of women
Space to explore and move deeper at your own pace
RITUAL - including mantra + prayer (beginner friendly)
Closing integration + a gentle return to silence
Time to watch the sunset together

At the heart of the evening is the ritual - the central and most immersive part of our time together.

Through mantra, prayer, movement + embodied practice, everything we have explored throughout the evening comes together in one shared ceremonial experience.

What this night is - and isn’t

This is a practice space.
Slow, embodied, relational and respectful.

This isn’t a party, a performance, or a place to push beyond your edges.

There is nothing to prove and nowhere you need to arrive.

You are invited to listen to your body and meet yourself exactly where you are.

This is a sober space. No alcohol or other substances.

Arrival + time to mingle: 5 - 5:30pm
Guided experience: 5:30 -7:30pm
Integration and sunset: 7:30 - 8pm

Location: Private temple space overlooking the ocean in Maroubra

An immersive couples experience exploring taste, touch, sensory massage and conscious connection.

Late November - Intimate Temple Gathering
A smaller, immersive evening of embodiment, ritual and connection - offering a taste of what is to come before our larger Temple Gathering in December.
