Ritual of Remembering is a 3-day somatic dance journey - an invitation to return to your body’s wisdom, to awaken what lives beneath the noise, and to remember who you are beyond story, beyond conditioning, beyond forgetting.

Through movement, stillness, ritual, and connection, we gather in sacred space to reclaim the ancestral, intuitive, and instinctive language of the body.

This is not performance.

This is not choreography.

This is the raw, sacred pulse of life moving through you - witnessed, welcomed, and deeply honoured.

This year has asked many of us to let go - not gently, but fully.

Outdated identities, labels and roles have been stripped away.

In this rawness, something precious is revealed: the essential nature that has always been beneath it all.

The part of you untouched by chaos, trends, or expectation.

The place where your unique magic lives and your gifts can emerge, this is what we come together to nourish over this weekend.

What to Expect:

This is not a retreat to ‘fix’ or ‘improve’ yourself. This is a sanctuary for your Soul.

Through somatic dance, intentional ritual, breath, stillness, and community, we will:

✧ Move from a place of deep truth

✧ Reawaken inner guidance and clarity

✧ Root into a grounded sense of self unshakable and real

The medicine of dance brings us into direct contact with the eternal current within, to a place we can trust, return to, and thrive from, no matter what is unfolding around us.

Over Our Three Days Together:

Each day unfolds as part of a larger arc - a ritual in itself - designed to guide you back to your inner compass.

Day 1: Descent - Shedding the Noise. A soft landing. Release. Grounding. Arriving fully in the body and letting what’s outdated fall away.

Day 2: Emergence - Moving from Truth. Reclaiming the wisdom of your body. Exploring your unique essence, expression & rhythm.

Day 3: Reweaving - Ritual of Remembering. Integration. Anchoring your inner knowing. Celebrating your wholeness. Honouring the journey with a communal closing ceremony.

You’ll Experience:

Daily guided somatic dance journeys

Morning grounding & meditative practices

Cacao & Breathwork Journeying

Integration circles for reflection and connection

Time in nature to ground and commune with the elements

A supportive, trauma & nervous system informed space, where all of you is welcome

No dance experience needed.

All identities, bodies, and lived experiences are honoured here.

Dates & timing: Friday 3rd: Arrive from 1pm for a 3pm start - Sunday 5th October: Departure by 4pm

Location: The Beehive Dome, The Camp, Lake Hawea

Investment: Early Bird received by 14th September - $550, Standard $620

Deposit of 50% required to secure your place, remainder to be paid at least one week prior to arrival.

Accommodation: Accommodation not included in price, there are a variety of options available onsite at The Camp including shared cabins, glamping tents, cottages, or to stay in your van, or you can choose to stay offsite and join us at the Beehive each day.

Sarah Campus

Sarah is a passionate facilitator of somatic dance and ritual, dedicated to igniting, healing, and connecting people through the transformative power of music and movement. With over 25 years of embodied expertise in contemporary dance, performance, somatics, and yoga, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to the dance floor.

Trained in somatic dance by Sarsha Hope, Sarah offers a unique blend of raw creative power, creating brave and enriching spaces for individuals to explore their human dimensions through conscious movement.

As a qualified embodied somatic dance facilitator, Sarah is committed to fostering a vibrant and supportive environment where the joy of dance becomes a profound journey of self-discovery.

Sarah Menlove

Sarah is a grounded facilitator of sacred space, guiding others to return home to their true nature. Weaving together somatic dance, cacao, breathwork, and belief enquiry, Sarah creates deeply embodied experiences that move beyond logic or conditioning.

Trained in Somatic Dance (Somatic Dance International), Cacao & Breathwork (Cacao Mama International), and a variety of coaching and belief inquiry methods, Sarah brings a grounded, trauma and nervous system informed presence to every journey. Her facilitation invites participants to shed layers, listen inwardly, and awaken to their own inner knowing.

Sarah's passion is witnessing people come alive in their bodies — moving with freedom, rediscovering their unique gifts, and expressing themselves with authenticity and vitality. With warmth, depth, and clarity, Sarah creates embodied experiences where movement becomes medicine, and the body is a vehicle for awakening.
