An immersive experience inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the senses. Begin with the ancient art of incense making, blending sacred botanicals, woods, and aromatic resins to create your own personal incense.

As the sense awakens, move into guided breathwork and sound journey, where breath, vibration, and resonance create space for you to wind down, release, and restore.

The ritual gently closes with Ayurvedic tea and nourishing vegan food—a moment to integrate and connect with the circle after.

No prior experience is needed.

Important:

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier as we unfortunately cannot accommodate late arrivals.
Hydrate well before you arrive. Sound travels four times faster through water since our bodies are largely water. Let the frequencies find you fully.
