River Tots Yoga Playgroup - Murray Bridge

Welcome to River Tots Yoga Playgroup! Our 6-week program is tailored for caregivers and their little ones aged from 6 weeks up to 4 years old, creating a harmonious space for bonding and exploration. Through the gentle rhythm of song, playful yoga poses, and the joy of shared experiences, we embark on a journey of wellness together.

Our sessions are welcoming and adaptable – feel free to tend to your baby's needs, change nappies or comfort crying little ones.

Cost:

• $100 upfront payment for the entire term
• $20 for casual visits

Additional Information:

• No additional charge for families with multiple children
• No refunds or makeup classes for missed sessions, except in the event of teacher illness
• Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by a medical professional for exercise. Please inform the instructor if you are pregnant.

What to Bring:

• Bring a water bottle for yourself, and any other necessities for your little one.
