RiverLines - Writing for Resilience workshop with author Dr. Nicole Sinclair.

3 hr workshop open to all writers: hidden, emerging and seasoned.

This session will support participants to experiment with various imaginative writing strategies. Through reflective writing prompts, participants will have the opportunity to tap into their own experiences of resilience, fostering personal growth and empowerment.

Can writing help you navigate your own internal landscapes and seasons? Can forming connections through creativity help us weather the changes ahead?
