RYAN MARTIN JOHN

Ryan Martin John's brand of country/folk singer songwriting harkens back to a much loved era of late 60's/ early 70's Laurel Canyon singer-songwriters. Based on Kaurna land, Ryan is also an acclaimed record producer & engineer. RMJ's self recorded & produced 2023 debut record 'Goodness, Gracious, Graceless' was a visit to crunchy country folk ALA The Byrds/ Jackson Browne. The album saw national acclaim with nominations for National Folk Alliance Australia's Folk Artist of The Year as well as nominations for the Adelaide Blues and Roots Album of the year award and shortlisted for Music SA's solo Artist of the Year award. Ryan's sophomore record is shaping up to be his most intimate yet, and will be debuting many of these tunes up close and personal along with acclaimed guitarist and all around good guy, Tom Kneebone.

KATIE POMERY

Katie Pomery is a musician based on Kaurna Yerta, spending her time in the soft-folk realm. Katie’s songwriting speaks to the human experience – and all the feelings that come with it. Taking inspiration from writers like Adrianne Lenker and Laura Marling, as well as experiences of love and loss, prove that all things Katie mean big, brave, and open-hearted.

JACHIN MEE

Jachin Mee is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist living and working on Kaurna land. He has been recording and performing since 2021 as a member of art-folk outfit Any Young Mechanic (formerly Wake In Fright), exploring lateral, deconstructed approaches to the drumming and percussion, as well as furthering the band’s continuing sonic evolution as co-producer. Following the single “Big Mess”, his debut solo album Talking To Music About People was released in late 2024. In every aspect of his creative practice, he is fascinated by the architecture of the popular song, while retaining a love for storytelling and sincerity.
