Roam Discovery Trail - Engagement Sessions
Description
Help Shape Ballarat’s New Heritage Trail
The City of Ballarat is creating a new digital and physical heritage trail along Lydiard Street. The Roam Discovery Trail will feature augmented reality (AR) experiences and storytelling markers that invite locals and visitors to explore Ballarat’s rich history in a new way.
We’re seeking your input to help shape how this trail looks and feels. Your feedback will guide the design and placement of signage and ensure the trail reflects what the community loves and values about Lydiard Street.
What’s happening?
11 visitor markers will be installed along Lydiard Street (between Ballarat Station and Dana Street).
These markers will trigger digital storytelling via QR codes.
The trail will celebrate Ballarat’s heritage while offering a modern, interactive experience.
We want to know: What matters most to you about Lydiard Street?
