Event description

Welcome to Breathflow Thursday!

Escape the hustle and bustle and join us this Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 7:45pm for an oasis of tranquility with Breathflow and Soundscape.

Our practice is designed to gently guide your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and calmness, without the intensity of a breath workout, rather a gentle paced breath.
It's a soothing practice aimed at down-regulating the nervous system, allowing your body to feel safe, at ease and support.

Immerse yourself in a gentle breath journey that soothes the senses and lulls you into a state of peaceful serenity. With each inhale and exhale, feel tension melt away, replaced by a profound sense of calm and inner peace.

If you find yourself with disrupted or restless sleep, this Breathflow evening might be just what you need. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and medicine drum infuse you with a loving, heartfelt vibration, guiding you into a restful night's sleep.

As you surrender to the rhythm of your breath and the soothing soundscape, allow stress and tension to wash away, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Led by John, our practice focuses on harnessing the power of breath and sound to quiet the mind, release stress, and foster restfulness. Let go of the day's busyness and worries and embrace the present moment as you sink into a state of blissful relaxation.

This practice welcomes everyone, whether you're seeking relief from daily stressors, struggling with sleep, or simply craving a moment of quiet reflection. Experience the transformative power of Breathflow as you journey towards a more relaxed, balanced, and harmonious state of being.

Join us in this boutique group and discover the beauty of gentle breathwork and the soothing sounds of our sacred instruments—a sanctuary for your body and mind to find solace and serenity amidst life's chaos.
