Event description

On 7 October 2025, ROAR Inc are delighted to be delivering a unique school holiday program for the Shire of Mundaring. The program participants (aged 12-17) will undertake education and training in fitness, nutrition, and high-performance mindset concepts.

 

There will be a “Healthy Gut – Healthy Mind” workshop with healthy food and snacks for everyone, and the half-day training camp/comp will culminate in a “Wristband Triathlon” competition with individuals competing in three wristband challenges for prizes and medals.

Date: Thursday 7th October 2025

Time: 9am-1pm

Location: Mundaring Arena- 50 Mundaring Weir Road, Mundaring (upstairs in the Bendigo room)

FREE Food provided.
