ROAR LIVE is an immersive women-only experience combining hypnotherapy, connection, music and movement.

This four-hour experience is designed to get you out of the noise of everyday life and back in touch with yourself.

You’ll be guided by Jessica Ellen, aka DJ Jessie, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Self-Mastery Coach, Speaker and DJ with 17 years behind the decks.

For one afternoon, you get to put down the roles, responsibilities and expectations waiting for you outside the room.

You do not have to be Mum, partner, employee, business owner, caretaker, fixer or the person holding everything together.

You just get to be you.

This is not a traditional personal development seminar where you spend four hours sitting in a chair listening to someone talk about how to change your life.

This afternoon is designed to feel completely different.

We will explore some of the patterns that can keep us stuck in stress, overthinking, people pleasing, procrastination, shutting down, pushing through and self-sabotage, and start looking at what may actually be happening underneath them.

I’ll also take you through practical tools you can use when stress takes over, helping you slow down, notice what is happening within you and create more space between what you feel and how you respond.

There will be activities designed to help you reconnect with yourself and with the other women in the room, without forced networking or awkward icebreakers.

Then we go deeper.

I’ll guide you through an extended hypnotherapy experience incorporating deep relaxation, guided visualisation and symbolic release work.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore something you are ready to stop carrying, understand what may have been sitting underneath it, take the learning from it and release what you are ready to leave behind.

Then the entire energy changes.

We move out of the chairs and onto the dance floor.

You’ll choose something you want to reclaim within yourself.

Maybe it is confidence.

Freedom.

Joy.

Peace.

Power.

Playfulness.

Connection.

Or simply a part of yourself that you feel like you have lost somewhere along the way.

As the music begins to build, I’ll guide you through a future-self experience, helping you connect with the version of yourself you are choosing to move towards and begin stepping into how she thinks, feels, moves and carries herself.

Then we dance!

The live DJ set takes the room from letting go into freedom, expression, connection, confidence and unapologetic fun.

There is no choreography.

You do not need to be a dancer. I know I’m not!

The entire point is to get out of your head, stop worrying about how you look, let yourself take up some space and enjoy being in your body.

Towards the end of the event, we’ll bring everything together with a guided future-focused experience designed to help you take what you have felt and realised during the afternoon back into your everyday life.

ROAR LIVE is not about giving you one amazing afternoon and then sending you home exactly where you started.

It is about helping you recognise the patterns that have been running automatically, understand yourself differently, release some of what you have been carrying and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been buried underneath stress, responsibility and everything life has asked of you.

Why women only?

Because there is something powerful about walking into a room filled entirely with women who have all made the decision to do something for themselves.

For a few hours, nobody needs anything from you.

You can put down the pressure.

Drop the mask.

Stop worrying about being judged.

Connect with other women.

Laugh.

Move.

Let go and remember what it feels like to simply be yourself.

You can come with friends or walk through the door knowing absolutely nobody.

Either way, you’ll be sharing this experience with a room full of women who have chosen to be there for the same reason: to give themselves an afternoon that is entirely for them.

This is something very different from the usual workshop, seminar or night out.

My goal is for you to leave ROAR LIVE feeling lighter, clearer, more connected to yourself and reminded that the woman underneath everything you have been carrying is still very much there.

You are not coming to become somebody else.

You are coming to make some room for more of you.

Recognise the pattern. Understand the signals. Break the cycle.
