The Collective on Anti-Racism (COAR) is excited to continue our series of three Roar with COARs focused on Queerness and BIPOC people. Supported by the ACT Goverment, through the Capital of Equality Grant, these Roar with COARs discussions will continue the ethos of anti-racist discussions and learning, with a specific focus on Queerness.

The third and final Roar with COAR of this series will be focused on Internalised Discrimination: Healing and Self-Love.

Our space is BIPOC-centred and platforms lived experiences, but those outside of the community are welcome to come and listen to the conversation.

This learning environment will follow COAR’s principled space guidelines. This is a supportive space that holds people accountable as we learn and grow in our understanding of what we discuss.

The discussion will take place at Blank Creative Co. This venue is located on the Ground Floor, 15 Moore St, Civic 2601. It has accessible parking at its premise, as well as bike racks outside of the venue. It is within walking distance from the London Circuit car park (5 minutes), the Alinga Street light rail stop (5 minutes). This venue is wheelchair accessible and step free, with fully enclosed, accessible bathrooms.
