'Your Wild Song, is the untamed, unmuted, undiluted truth that resides at your core. It is constantly singing you home, through your childlike innocence, primordial power & intuitive impulse.'

-----------

‘Roar’ Retreat is designed to connect you with your primordial power through Sound & Song, Sacred Sexuality and Women's Wisdom, and give you a framework to continue to explore your own voice and self healing tools for body and mind.

Our unique soul gifts can truly shine when the energy channels are open through our 3 major expression centres:

Throat, Womb/Sexuality and Third Eye, with sound being the powerful portal into this true, self loving expression.

--------

THE POWER OF WOMAN

If you have never experienced the power of Women in circle, excavating the depths of our Wild Souls, it is truly a ReWilding of the Heart, Empowered Feminine and Divine Beauty of the Sisterhood. Our time for transformation is now. ‘Roar’ is a quest to reclaim the unapologetic beauty of your souls truth, your feminine power and innate soul wisdom.

The deep, primordial, guttural cry of our Mother that awakened the Universe to our messy, beautiful arrival to this Earth… is the expression of our true power as Woman, as creator Goddesses. Our weekend together is held in lush forest North of Wollombi near the Hunter Valley.

It is carefully crafted to connect us into the power of our divine feminine presence through primordial sound and deep listening to our own unique, wild, soul song, with full acceptance of the unique flavours of each sister journeying together. This is tribe… this is the return to our natural wisdom and balance within, and without.

----------

WE ARE HONORED TO GUIDE YOU ON SOUL JOURNEY…

to ignite the fire of the three energy centres that are the unique expression of our truth and our Spirits Song;

— our Inner vision (Third eye – intuitive sensitivity and wisdom)
— our Primordial Sound (Throat – outwards expression of our truth and creativity) and
— our Sacred Sexuality (Sacral/Womb – our Universal creative power to birth, create, and attract through the infinite potential of the ‘void’).

Over thousands of years of suppression, persecution and disempowerment, ‘Woman’ has muted and protected the ancient wisdom and power held within, the ‘Mother’ and ‘Wise Crone’, and the fertile innocence of the playful, creative ‘Maiden’.

She, who holds the direct conversation with Mother Earth and the stars through her womb, her cells and her soft, sensual body. The inner voice now has many themes of ‘not enough’ or ’too much’… not smart enough, not busy enough, not important / brave / pretty / loud / successful / strong enough. Or... too sensitive, loud, bossy, bitchy, shy… it’s the perfect for us to re-write those old, inherited stories.

First… we must learn how to listen, really listen. With our body, more than our ears. And see with our bones, more than our eyes.

---------

'ROAR' IS DESIGNED FOR DEEP CONNECTION TO YOUR POWER, VOICE AND PRIMAL WISDOM

The weekend is an experiential Journey to open our inner eyes, ears and heart to our own body instrument, that is in dialogue with us in every, single moment of the day. It drops seeds of guidance and creative gold in the spaces between busyness… sound, thought and breath.

You will experience feeling and trusting the guidance of your inner wise woman, you will know when you are muting yourself or editing for another, and you will learn to hold your own rhythm and song.

The reclamation of our voice of truth and our soul song — which is the voice of mother nature — will reverberate on a global scale, through future generations of our humanity’s evolution. It starts with each of us, calling in our freedom and connecting to our soul song. Some potent discovery awaits!

---------

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be taken on a Journey into the deepest wisdom within, into the wild song of your Souls gifts through Ritual, Vocal Play, Song, Story, Shamanic Journeying, Dance, Fire Ceremony, Water Ceremony, Womb and Pleasure Connection and the shared wisdom of Sisterhood.

You can expect to explore new parts of yourself that have been waiting for your attention, the squishy, shy bits that maybe you haven’t allowed others to see, or hear before. Held in a safe, delightfully playful, and deeply transformational container, you will have the opportunity to explore your own Wild Woman.

You’ll experience how sound can be used to clear your mind, body and energy field, to create calm amidst stress, to tap into a potentially undiscovered wellspring of creativity and intuitive guidance, to bring playfulness and heart connection into our lives; for ourselves, our families and communities.

Ceremonies

— Fire Ceremony: Connection to Country, Ancestors and Intention
— Cacao Ceremony and Goddess Ritual Dance
— Water Ceremony: Calling in the Wisdom of the Womb, Fertility and Sensual Self Love.

---------

TOOLS

The tools Sigrid and I will be sharing during this journey are Womb Connection Techniques, Biofield Tuning, Shamanic Journeying, Ancestral Repatterning, Body Dialogue, Hawaiian Massage and Self-focused Sensual Touch, Breath Tools, Dance, Ritual and Silliness!! It is a beautifully interwoven program that will crack open any pre-disposition to hiding your beauty in this 'one, wild and precious life'. These tools are an accumulation and refinement of many years of research, study, client and group work, self experiments and feedback.

-------

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE AWAY FROM THIS RETREAT INTO YOUR LIFE

— You'll leave with your own song, 'heard' and channeled through your bones, we will help you listen for it and craft it... its not as scary as it sounds!

— We'll learn potent ancestral songs of the wisdom of our foremothers and of the Earth, and sing them with the chorus of 19 sisters voices. (We invite you to trust that you will be comfortable with your voice... if not in love with it by the end of this journey... sing or can't sing!)

— We'll call in the new vision for your free, unrestricted and abundantly creative life, unique to each in conversation with our wild spirit, thriugh Ritual and Ceremony.

— We'll open the invitation of sensual pleasure through self love, respect and self massage.

You have the opportunity to feel, and to learn:

• What your undiluted Soul Song feels, and sounds like, without fear of ridicule, judgement or shame.

• To heal trauma, pain or blocked energy in your Womb and creative energy centres.

• The fundamental knowledge of your body as a vibrational instrument, unique to you, that is not supposed to sound like ANYONE ELSE.

• Techniques for exploring the full spectrum of what you voice is capable of and in playful ways to explore more freedom in your voice

• How to tune your own Biofield, regulate your own health and vitality through toning and sound, and show others how to regulate their body, mind and emotions... useful in uncertain, stressful times!

• How to cultivate deep trust in your own intuitive, sensory information, from your inner eyes and ears, and tune into your own body guidance.

• How to ‘hear’ notes and harmonies through feeling rather than listening, and harmonise in a group.

• How to become a conduit for the song, ideas and creativity that is always trying to flow through you

• How to use sound to Journey into your body and converse with its wisdom, to heal unloved parts and bring yourself into alignment with your wholeness and soul love.

• How to create freestyle songs and channel your sounds… for songwriting, sound healing, play, connection and self empowerment.

• How to influence your energy and your environment with energy mastery.

• How to discern what energy and thoughts are yours, and what you may be empathically feeling from your environment and those around you.

• How to release old patterns and negative beliefs held in the body, and specifically the Womb (our fertility, creativity and power centre)

• What it feels like to be free of the voices of your past, held in our body and heart, to stand in your power and trust your sisters.

-------

IT IS A SAFE, DELIGHTFUL DAY OF PLAY AND DISCOVERY

You’ll feel a deep connection with the Women you are journeying with from the moment we begin. Working with sound, song, vocal empowerment and intuitive wisdom is deep, transformational work.

-------

WE ARE VISIONING A NEW REALITY FOR MOTHER EARTH

Our power to create as a Woman can no longer adopt the force and mental energy of the masculine pathway. We must lead with the hearts vulnerability, through our feeling sense, and with true ownership of our intuitive, primordial power. This is the grace and strength of a Woman who has full ownership of herself, and who listens to the wisdom of her body for her answers, before all else.

Our Sound, our words, our truth, our Songs are the outwards expression of our Spirit... it is the full acceptance of ourselves as a gift to this world.

If you have been called to reclaim that voice, that primordial power that is a burning flame inside you, Wild Song will take you on a Journey into your Wild centre.

TESTIMONIALS

"I am buzzing at the amazing work you do, it’s extremely inspiring and deeply truthful. I’m profoundly grateful and can’t wait to share it with others.

The 'deep listening' cracked open the door to the soul and created trust to allow the other in. When making the ‘home’ sound, the vibrations met in that moment and recognised each other. Deb used the word ‘knowing’ which was also very fitting. It was like our souls crossed over from the spirit world into the physical world and met through sound and knew each other. I actually feel like I know her deeply, more than I know members of my own family. So amazing...this is the shit I live for!”

"I attended the Wild Song Workshop with Elisha a couple of weeks ago and am still struggling to put into words how profound it was for me. The session was nothing like I expected but way more than I could've dreamed.

I have been singing for many years but have been holding back in many ways due to fear and lack of confidence. I was blown away by how quickly and powerfully vocal sounds and expression can shift energy and be a tool for my own healing. Elisha leads the session with a calm confidence a provides a very safe and serene space to explore the depths of what my soul song is and provided insight into why I hadn't been sharing my voice. It was an incredible experience. Thanks Elisha for your wisdom and guidance."

"I never thought of using my voice to help me move stuck or stagnant energy in my body, or to embed new information into my cells through vibration. If you struggle with anxiety and self-expression, I highly recommend Elisha’s workshops and just Elisha really. I know in which ever way she works, she is powerful. An authentic person who really devotes herself to spiritual growth. Thanks again for your amazing guidance through your expertise with working with sound."
