ITDEVENTS works with all venues to provide dedicated viewing areas and limited seating for patrons requiring assistance. We also accept valid Companion Cards for eligible guests requiring a support person to attend. If you require accessibility support, please email support@itdevents.com before purchasing tickets to confirm suitable options. If you already have tickets, please get in touch at least one week before the event so we can assist accordingly.

Companion Cards

If you hold a valid Companion Card or equivalent, you do not need to purchase a second ticket for your support person. Instead, purchase your ticket as normal, then email support@itdevents.com with your ticket confirmation and a copy of your Companion Card. We’ll be able to issue a free Companion Ticket in line with our policy.

Photosensitivity

Our events often feature flashing lights, strobe effects, lasers, haze, and other lighting elements that may not be safe for guests with photosensitive epilepsy or light-triggered conditions. We recommend that individuals with these sensitivities consider this information carefully before attending and contact us in advance if you need further clarification.
