The Burnt To Perfection Backstage Tour and Crispy Queen VIP Meet & Greet do NOT include a ticket to the show. You must hold a reserved ticket; otherwise, you will not be permitted entry.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

• Age Restriction: This is a 14+ event. An adult must accompany patrons under the age of 18 and be able prove their age with valid ID.

• Ticket Types: All tickets are reserved seating. Front Row and VVIP Tickets include VIP Packages. Limited VIP Add-Ons can be purchased with any reserved seat.

• Event Times: Including VIP Package times, will be released closer to the date on the tour page at itdevents.com. Times are subject to change.

• VIP Packages: Front Row and VVIP Tickets include access to the show. Add-On Packages do NOT include a ticket to the show. You must hold a reserved ticket; otherwise, you will not be permitted entry. VIP Arrival will be at least 2-hours before the event start time shown on your ticket. Please factor this into your plans when booking.

• Cameras: No professional cameras or recording devices permitted.

• Payments: Pay for tickets using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay or ZipPay

VIP PACKAGES TERMS & CONDITIONS
The contact details provided at the point of purchase (email, mobile, mailing address) are the details used to communicate all VIP information.

Times may vary and are subject to modification at any time for any reason.

Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas (unless in the instance of the Backstage Tour).

Lanyards are to be collected from the venue on the night of the show

An instructional email will be sent 3-5 business days before the event with timings and additional information. Please contact support@itdevents.com if this is not received.

VIP Package holders must arrive by 5pm for the Backstage Tour at 5.30pm and the Meet & Greet at 6pm. If you do not arrive at this time, you may miss your opportunity to participate, and no refunds will be given in this instance.

The original purchaser’s name must be known in order to check in and receive your benefits.
