Opening with the profound architecture of Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms, then unfolding through the romantic warmth of Bruch and the introspective depth of Ernest Bloch. It expands into the rich colours of Granville Bantock and the vivid originality of Bartók, before arriving at elegant contrasts from Leonard Bernstein, The Beatles, Burt Bacharach, and Arthur Benjamin. This intimate concert experience spans 300 years and 10 countries, all without the need of a time machine or the cost of an around the world ticket.
