Robertson Tiny Homes Forum and Display
Event description
Robertson Futures Group invites you to an inspiring event that addresses one of our community's most pressing issues: affordable housing. We're reaching out to ask for your support in spreading the word about this important gathering.
Event: Tiny Homes Forum
Title: Planning Pathways - Second Dwellings and Tiny Homes
Venue: Robertson School of Arts
Date: Saturday, 26th October 2024
Time: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
As the housing crisis continues to affect countless residents across New South Wales, our own Robertson community is feeling the strain. With only 1% of homes in our town offering alternatives to conventional free-standing houses, compared to 35% across the state, the need for more affordable and versatile housing options is clear. This forum is designed to empower landowners, both in residential and rural areas, with the knowledge and confidence to explore building a second dwelling or placing a tiny home on their property.
Entry cost: Gold Coin Donation.
What to Expect:
- 1:30 PM: Welcome and Introduction by Karen Wilmott, President of Robertson Futures
- 1:40 PM: Planning Pathways for Tiny Homes - Lawson Fredericks, Fountaindale Project Management
