Event description

Join artist Robyn Fuerst talk about her exhibition Making Art: an Embodied Response to Hidden Trauma

The exhibition forms a part of Robyn Fuerst’s practice led research culminating in her PhD of Philosophy, Deakin University.

Robyn will discuss her process and research as a second-generation Holocaust survivor which has strongly informed the narrative of her exhibition. She explores personal, collective and cultural trauma through a multidisciplinary body of work including ceramic sculpture, drawing, painting, photography, historical documentation, sound and film. 

The exhibition runs until Sunday 25th May.
