About the Book:

It is time to put understanding into practice. Building on principles in Robyn Gobbel's bestselling book Raising Kids with Big Baffling Behaviors, this guided journal invites parents and carers to dive into hands-on exercises, reflective prompts, and everyday tools that make big behaviors feel far less baffling.

Creating space for you to be curious and providing you with actionable steps introduced through playful activities and gentle guidance, this journal helps you understand what your child really needs- and how to meet those needs with confidence and compassion.

Whether you're building on understandings from the original book or you're simply craving more clarity, this journal turns insight into action, helping you find regulation, compassion and hope in the moments that matter most.

About the Author:

Robyn Gobbel, MSW, loves coffee, P!NK (the rockstar!), glitter, and just about everything related to the brain. Her teenager once went ballistic when yet another glittery coffee mug showed up on the doorstep.

Robyn is passionate about cultivating deep, resonant relationships and has a special place in her heart for the grown-ups who care for children impacted by trauma—parents, educators, helpers, and healers. Her favorite thing (besides glittery coffee mugs) is teaching people how to harness the power of relational neuroscience.

She believes that when we learn to truly see, understand, and connect with one another—and with ourselves—we change what's possible. Not just for individual children and families, but for entire communities.

Robyn is the founder of the Baffling Behavior Training Institute, host of The Baffling Behavior Show podcast, and author of the USA Today bestselling book Raising Kids with Big, Baffling Behaviors: Brain-Body-Sensory Strategies that Really Work.

You can find free resources, trainings, and her podcast at RobynGobbel.com.
