Event description
This Rock Star Mastermind Workshop is designed for Supervisors * Managers * Owners of Facility Maintenance operations.
Everyone will learn just what their job really is as we walk through dealing with and motivating the different personalities of Rock Stars, their work family, and themselves.
Supervisors/Owners/Managers will now have a roadmap for the professional hiring of that next work family member and how to retain staff instead of replacing them.
During the day, you will hear from Kenny Seybold, Director of Custodial Services at Flagler County Schools.
He will be there to tell you what this program has meant to him, his Rock Star Custodian, his staff, and the Flagler County School district as a whole.

Focusing on the Rock Star is a supervisor's first priority if you understand the task. Learn how to communicate in a way you have never been taught before.
Supervising a family of Rock Stars challenges the supervisor to 'step up and focus on issues that most people in custodial leadership never understand.
