Rockin’ The Rainforest is bringing new meaning to the term ”RnR” on Tamborine Mountain, and presents you with the opportunity to enjoy a huge array of incredible artists. From headline act, Paul Kelly, to the long line up of local talent listed below, the performances will rock the day and night away. This is a unique community event fundraising for the Tamborine Mountain State School P&C, and will be a day not to be missed.

Bring a picnic blanket or small camp chair, pick a spot and indulge in the amazing food from over TEN food trucks. Bar service will be provided by our local supporters, Witches Falls Winery & The Fortitude Brewing Co.

Date: Easter Sunday - Sunday 17 April 2022, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Venue: Tamborine Mountain State School - Curtis Rd and Long Rd, Tamborine Mountain.

Tickets: $89.90 plus booking fee. Maximum 6 tickets per booking.

Please note: All tickets will incur a non-refundable administration fee of $15.00.

Parking: Tamborine Mountain Sports Centre - 400 Long Road, Tamborine Mountain.

Shuttle buses will run between the parking area and the venue throughout the day. Gold coin donation.

Please note: No parking will be available along Curtis Road nor Long Road on Sunday 17 April 2022.

COVID SAFE: The Rockin’ the Rainforest event and guest capacity are managed in-line with the most up to date requirements from Queensland Health.

These requirements may include, but not be limited to, proof of vaccination, QR code check-in, social distancing, mask wearing and/or other measures. You will need to comply with these requirements to attend Rockin’ the Rainforest and will be kept up to date with developments in the lead-up via our website & Facebook page.

Terms and Conditions

1. At the time of booking your tickets, you agree to these Conditions of Entry and the Ticketing Company's terms and conditions of purchase.

2. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you enter the venue and Event at your own risk.

3. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that the venue is an open air space and no refunds or exchange will be given in the event of inclement weather. It is an all-weather venue, no refunds will be given if you choose not to attend due to weather conditions.

4. Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and are not allowed to approach the bars at any time. Due to liquor licensing laws, it is an offence to supply minors with alcohol and anyone found doing so will be evicted from the venue.

5. All patrons must adhere to licensing laws. Any patrons who are intoxicated or disorderly will be evicted from the venue. Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

6. During the Event, patrons must follow official directions by venue staff and security.

7. At Managements discretion, they have the right to refuse entry or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury and nuisance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Those evicted from the venue will not be re-admitted to the Event and tickets will not be refunded. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and will result in discharge from the venue.

8. Trespassers and anyone helping or supporting trespassers will be ejected from the venue.

9. We allow BYO picnic rugs to sit on and small camp chairs (seat base no higher than 50cm). Please note there is limited grassed area 

10. Space is limited so please be considerate. You will be directed by security and Event staff to condense your setup if it is deemed excessive.

11. Out of consideration for the people around you, no tables, tents or sun shelters. Umbrellas are also not permitted. If it is raining please bring raincoats and gumboots instead.

12. BYO, alcohol food & drinks (other than a sealed plastic bottle of water) are not permitted. Food & beverages are available at the Event for purchase. 

13. No BYO glass of any kind. 

14. Professional-standard cameras and video cameras are not permitted. 

15. At the time of entry to the venue, it is a condition of entry that a search of possessions may take place. Prohibited items will be confiscated by management. Management accepts no responsibility for confiscated items.

16. Any items or objects considered by the management to be dangerous or capable of causing public nuisance and that could be used to distract, obstruct or interfere with any performer are prohibited. Example of some prohibited items are: naked flames, laser pointers, fireworks, flares, flags or banners, whistles, horns, musical instruments and loud hailers.

17. No animals (except guide dogs and registered service dogs) are permitted in the venue.

18. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated smoking area.

19. By entering the venue you agree to being filmed and photographed during the event. Footage or images may be reproduced, published and exploited by the Promoter without limit including but not restricted to marketing and promotional use and in all media.

20. The decision to cancel the Event will be made on the date of the Event. The Event will only be abandoned if the Promoter deems the conditions dangerous. Refunds (whole or in part) will be available from the ticket issuer, if the Event is abandoned or cancelled.

21. The Promoter has the right to re-schedule or cancel the Event. If this happens the Promoter will use best endeavours to inform ticket holders via the website & social media. If the Event is re-scheduled, ticket holders unable to attend the re-scheduled Event must apply for a refund within ten working days of the new date. Free or complimentary ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund for a cancelled or re-scheduled Event.

22. In emergency situation or evacuation, you must follow all official directions by Venue staff & security.

23. Warning: Exposure to loud music may cause damage or loss to your hearing. If you are planning on attending an Event we suggest wearing earplugs if long term hearing damage or loss is of concern to you.

24. Warning: The venue is an outdoor venue and although the up most care has been taken to make the venue safe it may contain dangerous and uneven surfaces. Patrons should exercise care and caution when entering or on the venue premises.

25. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no responsibility for loss, injury or damages will be accepted by the Promoter and the Venue that was caused by the patron attending the Event or by entering or being on the venue premise whether caused by the negligence of the Promoter or venue or otherwise.

Refund policy

All tickets incur a non-refundable administration fee of $15.00. In the event this concert is cancelled or rescheduled, patrons will receive the full purchase price, minus this $15.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather.
