Event description

You are invited to join us for a gathering of women to connect, share experiences and support each other in a safe, nurturing environment.

These circles will involve things like discussions, rituals, meditation or various other activities centred around personal growth, empowerment and well-being.

This month, we will focus on self-love because we are hardest on ourselves.

Please bring:
* yoga mat, cushion, rug for meditation
* water bottle
* pen and journal
