This is a MID PACE HIKE (Approx 8km's)

Our "Mid-Pace Hikers" group strikes the perfect balance between fitness and enjoyment. These hikes are designed for those seeking a challenge without feeling rushed, offering plenty of opportunities to capture photos and appreciate the stunning natural surroundings. They’re ideal for hikers who want to improve their strength and endurance while connecting with like-minded individuals who value the outdoors and the benefits of regular, moderately paced exercise.

Pace: 10-13 minutes per kilometre.

If you're unsure whether this pace suits your fitness level, we recommend starting with our "Relaxed Hiker" hikes, which provide a great introduction to the group and allow you to build confidence at a gentler pace.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE WALK:

- Stunning rock pools and waterfalls

- Beach walking (Approx 1km)

- Some inclines

- Uneven ground

- Exceptional views!!!

- Improved fitness

- No toilet

WHAT TO BRING:

- Water

- Snack. Ie: Banana, high protein snack, Jam sandwich.

- Electrolyte energy drink

WHAT TO WEAR:

A good pair of hiking boots or trail shoes is highly recommended for this one....they’ll give you better grip and support, especially around the rock pools. Runners are okay if that’s all you have, but definitely no open-toe shoes

- Compact lightweight jacket

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This walk is NOT suitable for children under 12, or babies in carriers. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This is a National Park, therefore no dogs or animals allowed.
