Rocky Mtn Foraging x Myco Cafe spring foray

Spring foray brought you by Rocky Mountain Foraging and Myco Café! We will meet at the café in carpool to a riparian location about 20 minutes away to search for spring edibles, including oyster and morel mushrooms, asparagus, curly dock and more. This will be a quick informal class by Uriah Beauchamp of Rocky Mountain Foraging followed by an hour or so of loosely structured foraging time in the spot (feel free to wander!). We will conclude by meeting back up and sharing and talking about our finds! $20 each and capped at 20 spots so we can minimize impact on the area and maximize learning!
